Jusmee – great to see you and glad you are on the road to recovery. Make sure you eat well when you do manage something, you’ll be right.
P-S, definitely send him a text or something so he knows that you aren’t miffed at him. It is the old bus syndrome then… nothing and then everything! Good on you for putting Mr S straight.
Hamble - :wave: good news on the weigh in! I love that you always have it to the .25..
MM: good to hear about what you have been resisting! I still feel proud when I resist (like last night, despite drinking WAY too much, I did not crumble and have biscuits and dips…) and soon it will become a second nature. It wont be like resisting, you will hopefully not want it (so much!).
Weezy – me too! I had a Magnum Ego, and a fair few chocolate bars… I am sure you will be fine. And good idea about incorporating exercise in your day.
Soooooo …. This weekend as a whole was a bit crappy. Friday night was good, went out with my friend, cheered him up about splitting from his girlfriend and we had a really good night out together. But we did have chips and chocolate for tea.
Saturday I had plans all day, and one by one everyone cancelled! I was a bit miffed and wound up eating quite badly too. I had a healthy dinner but gorged on a magnum ego, a whip (chocolate) bar and some Moam chew bars. And a bottle of wine. And you know, I did not feel well on it. My body doesn’t handle abuse anymore!
And no exercise (because my plans kept me in limbo) but I had a good walk about so not all lost.
Sunday I did a 75 min run and then weights at the gym. Ate well throughout the day, resisted crackers with wheat in them and dips, but drank over a bottle of wine and feel like crap now! Still, hanging on and not going to gorge on crap. I have eaten cereal and had rice cakes to keep the wolf from the door.
I also met for the first time this guy who I hooked up with a few weeks back when I was riproaring drunk and I was rather naughty with. He is my friends housemate. But it went ok, I was nervous, having been a bit ashamed of myself! But he was better looking than I remember (:o ) and we actually got on fine. So I am thinking maybe he would be fun to fool around with. I am not looking for a proper thing, but a bit of fun I can handle if he can (this is the all new SB who is decisive and tries something scary and new when she can – so even entertaining this idea is a scary thought to me, am that retarded when it comes to men).
Had a few more smiles on that dating site – none really rocking my boat. Still – it is all good fun (and scary!).
So shall we set a date for summer despite it being winter here :lol:?
Food today:
B: Cereal and rice milk
S: Rice cakes (about 10! – but they are thin ones)
L: Don’t know – salad or soup
S: Apricots
D: Veg stir fry

sorry to hear your plans were cancelled SB! Well done on the exercise though :great: Good to hear you go on with that guy ;) Part of me wanted to be with Mr s ad go out and "have fun" but I know thats not possible or fair on either of us. Since I last posted I went out, the DJ was a total twat, in a way he did me a favour though as now I know I want to be with Mr s 100% :D :cool:
riiiiiight, I need to knuckle down & tone up, Im getting lazy :head: Really need to make that little effort where food is concerned too.
B: Banana, water & green tea. Im not too hungry as I went for a gorgeous Italian meal last night.
Going to go for a nice long walk with Mr s tonight, going to come home on my lunch so that'll be an extra 20 mins of walking. Aiming for the gym tomorrow too :)
Im sure someone asked if I got my bag, which I did. Its gorgeous, smells of looovely leather too! I'm just trying to sell some 7 for all mankind jeans on ebay so I can get another one ;)

despite my mad binge on chocolate and icecream this weekend i havnt gained a single lb its amazing as normally to even smell chocolate makes me put on lbs
scooby im getting a bit lazy although i do have the excuse of having to do coursework i just do a little spur of dancing and the stair walking think when i can

Still here!! I'm still very sore but im coping well! My bandages come off tomorrow so i shall be able to have a look to see exactly what was done and how well i'm healing!
One of my main concerns is that i will put weight on over the next couple of weeks, not being able to exercise at all and i'm afraid i'll eat too much when i get bored (major bad habit of mine!)

SB: Shame about all your mates cancelling on you on Saturday night. Sounds like the rest of your weekend was good though and it sounds like you're really back into your running now. I love that my scales measure to the 1/4lb! 1.75lbs lost sounds much better than 1.5 don't you think? :lol:
Scobby: Glad things are going to work out with you and MrS. The grass isn't always greener I suppose and sometimes maybe you need to go through something like that to really appreciate what you have with someone. Hope things stay happy for you :higgies:

Jusmee: You're sounding bored mate, daytime telly is enough to send anyone mad isn't it! You just concentrate on healing and recovering and worry about the weight thing afterwards.
I'm planning to go swimming after work tomorrow and then again possibly on Thursday. Hopefully I'll manage to keep under the 10 stone mark this week and then possibly add another to my loss.
